Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within seven (7) business days.

Shipments or deliveries may not occur on weekends or holidays. Should the distributing agent, Water-Stream experience a high volume of orders, please expect a delay of seven (7) working days. Should this occur, this shall be communicated via email.

The above services will be chosen at Water-Streams’ discretion. Water-Stream is not responsible for any orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen by any persons during transit or left at premises. Should the courier company leave a notice, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection according to the notice left.

Shipment to addresses, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please ensure that you enter in your correct shipping/delivery address when checking out your order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers shall receive an email order confirmation once an order has been placed. Water-Stream shall email the tracking number to the customer once the order has been sent.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Water-Stream is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Theft

Water-Stream is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please confirm if Affordable Brands is able to send your order outside the United States of America (i.e., Canada, South America, Barbados, etc.) before placing the order.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. All goods are to be returned in the same condition they were sent, that is in their original packaging with the instructions and accessories, untouched sealed gift boxes and in their original cartons or containers which are not damaged in any way whatsoever. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to; used water filters, food stuffs and perishable goods. We also do not accept products that are intimate or that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: some health and personal care items.

All goods that are to be returned need to receive a confirmation return document from our company, that is signed and stamped with our company name by our management before any returns can be accepted – strictly to our terms and conditions of our return policies.

Goods invoiced out or supplied on consignment or on a custom-made basis upon our contract emanating from our offices remain the property of Water-Stream LLC. If these consignment goods, custom-made goods are not paid for within 180 days, the goods are considered sold and payment will be due. If consignment of goods, custom-made goods is paid in full –then the consignment of goods supplied are deemed as sold and cannot be returned.

It is our company policy to supply the best quality of goods and we exceed customer satisfaction levels. However, we do not take back, accept returns, or collect aged stock, irrespective of what contractual agreement we have with your company as acceptance of the invoice your company or persons consents to the full and total acceptance of all our terms and conditions. This is a non-negotiable term and condition that cannot be negated by external contracts, and this is a proviso that you do business with Water-Stream LLC.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); goods that have been opened and damaged, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) our company will notify your company or persons of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns Policy Conditions

At Water-Stream we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. You produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item. The item is in the original saleable condition: With all original tags still attached. In an unopened and unused state. Water-Stream reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Water-Stream will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:

  • Open Membranes
  • Used Systems
 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for an alternative item(s), please email us at info@littleluxury.com prior to sending the item(s) back.

Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned. Your item(s) that you wish to return needs to be sent back to our address with the tax invoice (receipt). If the alternative item is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. All return courier costs will be for your own expense, and this will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

To obtain a refund please email us at info@littleluxury.com prior to sending the item(s) back. A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and we have received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
